Terms & Conditions: Kiwis in the Netherlands Anzac Giveaway

1. To be eligible for entry, a person must be aged 18 years or over, be a New Zealand Citizen, a registered Kea member, and be currently residing in the Netherlands. Employees of Kea, sponsoring and other partner organisations of Kea, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter. Kea reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
2. Entry into the competition is based on a Facebook comment. To be a valid entry, the commenter must be a Kea Facebook Group member, and the commenter must be a registered Kea member. Entries for the prize draw can be made from 12pm NZT 21 April 2021 to 12pm NZT 22 April 2021. Eight winners will be drawn randomly and each will be awarded one prize valued at NZD $25 consisting of:

• 2 x packaged Anzac biscuits (made by the chef at the Australian Embassy)
• 100 grams Blue Zone coffee (imported from NZ)
• 1 x NZ Silver Fern nose/mouth mask (imported from NZ)
• 20ml sample Skin Food hand cream
• 1 x poppy

3. Each prize winner will be randomly drawn from the entry pool 1pm NZT 22 April 2021. Attempts will be made to notify each winner by Facebook messenger to ask for email details. Once the email address is confirmed, Kea will check within the Kea CRM whether the winner is a registered user of the keanewzealand.com website. Kea will perform this check by putting their full names into the CRM search. If Kea, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to establish contact with the winner within one working day, or the winner is not a registered user within the CRM, then the prize is forfeited and a further draw will be conducted. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. Shipping of each prize is included within the Netherlands. Once the prize is accepted, the prize will be shipped to an address within the Netherlands specified by the winner.
5. The prize cannot be converted into cash and is not transferable.
6. Acceptance of the prize is deemed consent for Kea to use the winner’s details for promotional and media purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.
7. Neither Kea nor any other person or party associated with this survey will be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this survey or with the prize offered.

Entries for the prize draw can be made from December 22 2020 to January 11 2021. Three winners will be drawn randomly, and each will be awarded one prize, consisting of 1x Whittaker’s assortment pack valued at $9.99 NZD.
10. Each prize winner will be randomly drawn from the entry pool on January 11 2021. Attempts will be made to notify each winner by email at the contact email address provided at time of entry. Once email confirmed Kea will check within the Kea CRM whether the winner and nominated person are registered users of the keanewzealand.com website. Kea will perform this check by putting their full names into the CRM search. If Kea, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to establish contact with the winner within three working days, or the nominee and winner are not registered users within the CRM then the prize is forfeited and a further draw will be conducted. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Shipping of each prize is included within the United Kingdom or Europe. Once the prize is accepted, the prize will be shipped to an address within the United Kingdom or Europe specified by the winner.
