Biohacking your genes with Professor Sharad Paul

Professor Sharad Paul will deliver a lecture on evolutionary biology and applied genetics based on his book Biohacking Your Genes.  Paul is a skin cancer specialist, writer and academic from Auckland, New Zealand. He is an Adjunct Professor at Auckland University of Technology and a Senior Lecturer at the University of Queensland. His other books include Skin, a Biography (4th Estate, 2012) and The Genetics of Health (Simon and Schuster, 2017).

Professor Paul will draw from his contemporary genetic research and clinical experience in skin cancer during this lecture to explore how modern advances in genetic science and biohacking offer new avenues for personalising health and health span.

Biohacking Your Genes. 25 laws for living a Smarter, Healthier and Longer Life teaches you how to harness your genetic blueprint to live a longer and healthier life. Professor Paul provides 25 recommendations to follow in order to to achieve wellness and a healthy wellbeing.
