If you are a member of Kea’s World Class New Zealand Community, you consent to Kea disclosing your personal information to New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE), New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT), and authorised of agents of NZTE and MFAT, for the purposes of carrying out your instructions, providing our Platforms’ features and functionality, and reasonably providing our services to you.
4.2. Kea may, from time to time, disclose your personal information to Kea’s Global Partners (Third Parties), or authorised agents of the Third Parties. We protect your personal information and will only provide it to Third Parties:
4.2.1. with your consent;
4.2.2. where it is necessary to carry out your instructions; and
