FreeHello APEC Shekou Cultural Market: New Zealand, Australia & Papua New Guinea
New Zealanders and friends of New Zealand across Shenzhen and the Greater Bay Area are invited to join the Hello APEC Shekou Cultural Market, a community event bringing together the food, culture, brands and people of New Zealand, Australia and Papua New Guinea.
NZGBA – New Zealand Greater Bay Area Network is proud to be organising and representing the New Zealand side of the event, bringing together a diverse mix of Kiwi businesses, products, food, drinks and activities.
The New Zealand area will feature well-known and emerging brands including Pic’s Peanut Butter, Babich Wines, Craft Head Brewery, Achenar / Champion Wines, Comvita and ZURU and more.
Visitors will also be able to take part in the New Zealand Cricket Challenge and enjoy a haka performance, while the wider market will feature Australian food and brands, Papua New Guinea cultural displays and a range of other family-friendly activities.
The afternoon is designed to be relaxed and social. It is a chance for New Zealanders living across Shenzhen and the wider Greater Bay Area to meet others in the community, connect with NZGBA and AustCham South China, discover some of the New Zealand businesses active in South China, or simply bring along some mates or the family for good food, drinks and a Saturday afternoon in Shekou.
