What to Expect:

Guided Workout

Get moving with a 30-minute session led by Laure Upton, pre/postnatal fitness expert and CrossFit coach at Mamas & Babas Athletic.
This inclusive workout is designed for all fitness levels, focusing on strength, mobility, and confidence-building for mums and mums-to-be.

Expert Panel Discussion

Gain real-world insights in an open and honest conversation with:
✨ Rachel Butcher, Head of Nutrition at Third Space
✨ Emma Webster, Birth Doula and Breastfeeding Counsellor
✨ Laure Upton, Pre/Postnatal Trainer & CrossFit Coach

Topics include postnatal recovery, nourishing your body, training through motherhood, and balancing breastfeeding with fitness.

Kia ora UK whanau. This Thursday 6th March is the release date of my new LP ‘Little Comet’ and to celebrate we’re having a release party at The Water Rats, Kings Cross, London. My very special guest Polite Company featuring Alan Gregg (formally of The Mutton Birds) will also be performing songs from his new critically acclaimed record ‘Please Go Wild’.
