The Himalayan Trust UK – 70th Anniversary Gala Dinner

This year marks the 70th anniversary of the first ascent of Mt Everest in 1953. A global community
with direct links to 1953 are retracing the journey made by the Expedition team with a series of events starting in Khumjung, followed by the British Embassy in Kathmandu, the New Zealand High Commission in Delhi, the Royal Geographical Society in London and finishing with a gala dinner at Landing Forty Two, the highest entertainment venue in London.

Join us for an exclusive event with a host of celebrities attending from Nepal, New Zealand and the world of mountaineering, expertly compered by Bear Grylls and joined by the sons of Sir Ed Hillary and Tenzing Norgay

100% of the proceeds will go to the Himalayan Trust UK.
